National Lender Assist

With over 30 years of warranty and other aftermarket experience, National Lender Assist manages all refunds to lenders. We have found that the average refund takes over 8 months. Our average time is 7 days. We have also found that many refunds are incorrect, often charging illegal fees and fraudulent claims and it is costing the lenders millions. 

• All we require is one email from the lender to us and we’ll take care of the rest. 
• We will work with the auto dealer or the aftermarket companies (warranty, gap and others).
• After we receive their response, we will examine the amounts and audit all deductions, such as fees and costs for claims to ensure that they are reasonable.
• After the audit is complete, we will submit a request for the correct refund and the refund will be sent directly to the lender.
• If the lender has not received the correct refund within 7 business days, we’ll track the refund to ensure it is paid in a timely manner.

We have partnered with attorneys who specialize in contracts on aftermarket products to ensure our lender clients are funding compliant contracts. Most contracts are changed annually and often the changes do not include current compliance regulations or have illegal statements that unfairly benefit the auto dealers and aftermarket companies.
